Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Zythorinwhron website at zythorinwhron.world and our wardrobe consultation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (where applicable) are not affected by these terms.
Services Description
Zythorinwhron provides wardrobe consultation services including but not limited to:
- Personal style assessments and colour analysis
- Wardrobe audits and organisation guidance
- Personal shopping accompaniment
- Capsule wardrobe planning
- Virtual styling consultations
Booking and Payment
All consultation bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Full payment is due before or at the time of the consultation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices displayed or agreed are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)
If you are a consumer and you book our services at a distance (e.g. online or by phone) without face-to-face contact, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you enter into the contract, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you request that we begin the service within the 14-day period, you may still cancel but we may charge for services already performed. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled consultation will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is available subject to consultant availability. This is in addition to any statutory cancellation rights you have as a consumer.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Zythorinwhron and protected by UK intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our consultation services provide style guidance and recommendations based on professional expertise. Results may vary as personal style is subjective. Zythorinwhron is not liable for any decisions you make based on our recommendations.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during consultations
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Communicate any concerns or preferences to your consultant
- Respect the consultant's professional expertise
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. For material changes that affect your rights, we will give you reasonable notice (e.g. by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email or notice on our website) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using our services and may be entitled to a refund for any prepaid but unused services in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
