Our Commitment

At Zythorinwhron, we are dedicated to providing exceptional wardrobe consultation services. We understand that circumstances may require cancellation or rescheduling, and we have established fair policies to accommodate your needs. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Statutory Right to Cancel (Distance Contracts)

If you are a consumer and you booked our services at a distance (e.g. online or by phone) without meeting us in person, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you enter into the contract, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To cancel, you may use the contact details at the end of this policy (email, phone, or post). If you cancel within this period and have already paid, we will refund you in full within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same means of payment unless you agree otherwise. If you have asked us to start the service within the 14-day period, you may still cancel but we may charge for services already performed up to the cancellation date.

Consultation Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and consultants:

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or credit toward future booking
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, but may reschedule once subject to availability
  • No-show: Full charge applies with no refund or rescheduling option

Rescheduling

We understand plans change. You may reschedule your consultation:

  • Free rescheduling with 48 hours or more notice
  • One complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking
  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee
  • Rescheduled appointments are subject to consultant availability

Digital Products and Resources

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • Digital style guides and resources are non-refundable once delivered
  • If you experience technical issues accessing digital products, please contact us within 7 days
  • We will provide replacement access or equivalent value at our discretion

Package Refunds

For consultation packages that include multiple sessions:

  • Unused sessions may be refunded within 6 months of purchase
  • Refund amount calculated based on sessions remaining and any applicable discounts
  • Partially completed packages are refunded at the individual session rate

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your consultation:

  • Contact us within 7 days of your session
  • Share specific feedback about your concerns
  • We will offer a complimentary follow-up session or partial credit

We are committed to finding a resolution that meets your expectations.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is due (including under your statutory right to cancel), we will process it without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive your cancellation or refund request, in line with UK consumer law. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you agree otherwise. No fee will be charged for the refund.
